1. Digital Delivery

All e-learning materials on this website are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Materials are studied at your own pace
• There is nothing to attend and no live teaching

2. E-Learning Material Access & Delivery Process

Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed, and levels of e-learning materials unlock when you spend your credits on them. Delivery works as follows:

• Delivery method: once payment is confirmed, the download link and the access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout, and the material is also available through the platform, so you can download it and use it whenever you like
• Delivery timing: e-learning materials and the applicable access information are typically made available within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation
• Possible delay: delivery may occasionally be delayed by system processing, payment verification, technical issues, email service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, so please allow up to 48 to 72 hours
• 72 hour limit: if you have not received, or cannot access, your purchased materials after 72 hours, please contact us at contact@skilsink.com
• Credit validity: credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase

3. Where to Find Your E-Learning Materials

Your purchased materials can be found in two places:

• The access email sent to the address given at checkout, so please check your inbox and your spam or junk folder
• The My Materials section of your account dashboard

4. Access Requirements

To access your e-learning materials, you need:

• A registered account
• Access to the email address used at checkout
• A stable internet connection
• A supported, up-to-date browser or device

5. Email Delivery Issues

If the access email has not arrived, please follow these steps:

1. Check that the payment was completed
2. Check the spam or junk folder of the email address used at checkout
3. Check that the email address entered at checkout was correct
4. Allow up to 48 to 72 hours from payment
5. Contact us at contact@skilsink.com with your order number if the material has still not arrived after 72 hours

6. Downloads and Keeping Your Materials

The download link and access details reach you within the delivery times set out above.

• Once you have downloaded a material, you keep the downloaded file and may use it whenever you like
• If you want to use a level again on the platform, it can be unlocked again with credits
